Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rented Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any dangerous driving practices is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is unacceptable. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose, and all passenger and weight limits must be adhered to. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Port Talbot is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid for the rental in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to instances of negligence leading to death or personal injury, or cases of fraud.
